hey there!!!
i am back from cuncil camp!!!!!
n it rocked all our socks off!!!!
i just really enjoyed it n would like to thank all the students and teachers that helped along and participated.
so since i will be talking much about the camp,
this will finally be a long post...
(ahhhhh... FINALLY!!! after all the nonsensical short post)

day1
went to school to meet before it started...
btw: it is held in school...
sooo,
we met then had some icebreakers...
the usual.....
had this WHO I AM MAKES A DIFFERENCE(WHO I AM M.A.D.) talk...
on leadership n stuff
then learnt about the three different qualities that make up a leader:
- humility
- the "never-say-die" attitude
- justice
so i really learnt alot from these three main qualities...
had lunch......
DID LASER SHOOTING!!!!!!!
it was damn fun!!!!!
though i got killed like 5 times....
but ya...
so then i backed out to let the teachers play
n they played the last round counter strike style...
except that we have more lives...
students: 2lives(but can revive)
teachers: 12/15lives(no reviving)
fair? fair?
think it was rather fair since the teachers cheat!!!
heard that some of the teachers hid in their homerooms n staff room
NOT FAIR!!! NO JUSTICE!!!
hahas anyways, we just had tons of fun
then we went to the pool side for raft making...
our team was overall champions ...
BUT...
we had to do a forfeit cuz our team's flag was stolen...>:(
then we ran up the spiral staircase and had to shout out:
"WE WANT OUR FLAG BACK!!!"

our team had to shout it like 5 times before we could go down to get it...
man! my throat was pain!!!
lucky we were not the only team...
haha
so after the raft making activity,
we went to get changed for our dinner n well,
i was sooo not prepared for the huge tupperware of fried rice/ zi char
so we had zi char for the chinese,
something similar for the malays(obviously it is halal)
so then towards the end, i was feeling damn full,
ate until like quite little left then tak boleh must stop...
before i stop, there was this convo n it went like this:

gordon: i think i get ready to give up already, it looks like tabitha going to give up already...

me: noooo! who say? i not stopping yet... (never-say-die attitude)

gordon: but u look like it... (haha) i think i give another five minutes then i give u

natalie/sasha: u obviously waiting for someone to give up first then u give up together rite?

gordon: of course la!

........

gordon: i think i stop already, tabitha really looks like she cannot already.

tabitha(turned to look at him): i haven't even give up yet... but think going to soon...(still the same.)

.......

so that went on for quite some while, sasha joined us in not finishing it,

so in the end, gordon finished,

me n sasha didn't(even with natalie's help!!!)

by the time we stopped, damn bloated already.

so after we finished dinner, we went back to the AVA to watch:

remember the titans

watched it before but still loved to watch it again!!!

so after we the movie, we had supper and discussed about some things

then our group: had to do forfeit again!!!! flag got stolen again. - had to make the others do chicken dance

so after everything was done, we went back to our sleeping area:
GIRLS: RECREATION ROOM!!!

BOYS: mrs lu and mr shafiee's homeroom

the girls just played all the games there till late...

meaning in the wee hours of morning

Day 2

woke up at like 8.30 to bathe and go down for breakfast

had noodles

so after that, we wore our to-get-wet clothes and get ready for:

WET N' WILD

super fun overall!!!!

though before that, we discussed about our investiture n staff day, etc...

but me n bev had to go for trng so we missed the discussion part

when we came back,

there was this dancing craziness spreading in the room

voted most wacky(by me): boy; andrew...girl; habibah(president)

those two were carzy n andrew n aishah went for this dance-off...

n aishah won...

andrew backed out a bit after seeing aishah's move but he was equally xiao

so wet n wild, will be bit long....

i will try to remember typing out wat we did next time but the most fav of mine was...

the slide!!!!

ok...i sucked at it, i slipped n well...

landed wrongly but lucky i wasn't injured....

greatest slider: TAJ!!!!

he is so power that he slide out of the whole area....

n well, after we finished n left,

some of the boys stayed to beat thaeir PBs...

so after that, we had dinner...

oh guess wat,

the leaders stole all of the group's flag n we were almost going to do forfeit...

then taj stole back all our flags

fudin said we would get double the forfeit(!!!!!!) if the leaders were able to teal back the flags...

n well, our group just told taj to return the flag...

so when we did that,

evryone also did the same....

had this river of life thing n i will always remeber how we felt n wat happened...

but they can't b leaked out

wat's being said in the room stays in the room

so we all slept at like 11/12 plus...

real late n we did not expect(again) something that really bonded us all together

Day 3

we were waken up 4.30in the morning by the leaders

just think about it....

4 in the morning!!!!!!

(only about 4 hours sleep for most of us...but the leaders didn't sleep at all[wat i heard])

(in primary school i had experienced it before, it was not nice)

so we had this change of outfit activity(not going to call it a game)

we had to run there n back with the changed of outfits....

while waiting for the others, we had to do things like bridge, wall squat, etc.

then we had to jog to the netball courts where we had to do 7-up jumping jacks style

we had to do 5o...

n we did like lots of times over n again.

so tired after it but we had to keep strong

afetr that, we had to run all the way up to the 5th floor, outside the library where we had this assembling sentence activity

we had to stand in the right order to make sure that the sentence was the correct one...

guess wat they used to draw on our forehaed/forearm(for the blind)???

LIPSTCK!!!!

i can't believe it!!!!

so ya....

then we jogged all the way to the field where we had this chair activity.

i forgot what it was called

but then in the whole group,

two of us had to b blind-folded

i volunteered with bev

so it was damn freaky

i almost fell straight cuz i just walk straight on then i thought i would toucht the chair so i just stepped down

but then there was nothing so i almost fell, lucky shafiqah caught me in time...

thanks shafiqah....

so after we completed that, we were drenched in:

COFFEE + STARCH + SHOE POLISH = LOOK LIKE BAD COMBO WITH EACH OTHER....

so we had to run all the way to 'teletubbies' hill..

n the group had to carry the lightest person...

so guess who it was..........

YES, it was me.

i so did not enjoy it n i felt the bit of guilty cuz i did nothing....

they r the ones working, iam just being carried!!!!

so we were the first group to reach the summit...

(the climb was call 'THE SUMMIT')

so when all the groups reached up to the top, we did a cheer n took a photo

afetr that, it was all al-ahmeem breakfast n stuff...

so after tat, we went back....

then it was time for us to go off....

we had to do this evaluation form ....

off we gooo.....

back home to: SLEEP!!!

i just really learnt alot from this camp n well,

i juz loved my group n had loads of fun!!!
